for most of the weekend we were in a major heat wave. it's a little cooler now, and I'm hoping these glorious sweater-wearing days will stick around for a bit.
but on Saturday I think it was everyone's priority to just stay cool. So besides sitting in front of the fan and drinking lots (and lots) of iced tea, I picked up a little embroidery.
As I mentioned in my post about my summer goals, I am working on some pieces for the walls in my bedroom. I think this little reading girl is a viable candidate!
